液压系统安全保护措施
(1)冗余设计
在液压系统中设置备用元件.由此做到即使其中之一发生故障,而整个系统并无端障,这种设计称为冗余设计。冗余设计是进步液压系统安
全可靠性的有效措施之一。
冗余设计方法萦多,种类各异,大体可分为工作冗余和非工作冗余两大类。
①工作冗余.
它是指将几个回路(或元件)并联起来同时工作,且只要不是所有回路(或元件)都发生故障,系统就不会发生故障。
②非工作冗余.
在一个回路(或元件)发生故障时,同机能和规格的其他回路(或元件),通过转换装置,立刻接上去.使系统继承工作。
(2)集成化设计
集成回路不用或减少了管道连接,减少了污染机会,还可避免管道震惊、噪声等不良影响,不仅使系统结构紧凑,而且可极大进步系统可靠性。
目前,集成回路已走向尺度化,在系统配置设计时.建议优先采用这种方式。
(3)公道选用过滤器
液压系统的大多数故障与油液污染有关。因此,必需根据系统的机能要求公道选用过滤器。从安全保护角度,对于那些高精度元件或系统
