(1)冗余设计

冗余设计方法萦多，种类各异，大体可分为工作冗余和非工作冗余两大类。
①工作冗余.

②非工作冗余.
在一个回路(或元件)发生故障时，同机能和规格的其他回路(或元件)，通过转换装置，立刻接上去.使系统继承工作。
(2)集成化设计
集成回路不用或减少了管道连接，减少了污染机会，还可避免管道震惊、噪声等不良影响，不仅使系统结构紧凑，而且可极大进步系统可靠性。
目前，集成回路已走向尺度化，在系统配置设计时.建议优先采用这种方式。
(3)公道选用过滤器
液压系统的大多数故障与油液污染有关。因此，必需根据系统的机能要求公道选用过滤器。从安全保护角度，对于那些高精度元件或系统
