液压系统的压力不足或没有压力该怎么排除呢？

  机器设备的液压系统压力不足或完全无压力的主要原因是：压力油路和溢流回路短接，或者系统有极其严峻的泄漏，也可能是油泵

根本就没有吸上压力油等所造成。

  造成原因有可能是：

  1、液压油泵转向分歧错误，或者电机功率不足，转速过低，致使液压油泵吸油能力低。也可能是吸油管太小，或者油管漏气，油液黏度

太高，滤油器被杂物污物堵塞，吸油阻力增大等原因，导致油泵吸不上油液，使系统建立不起压力。

  2、压力油路与回油路短接，溢流阀芯卡死在最大启齿位置，远程控制油口接通了油箱或有泄漏。也有可能是液压元件的阻尼孔堵塞

，或者调压弹簧折断等原因而造成系统无压力。

  3、冷却装置失效，引起油温升高，油的黏度下降；或者油泵内部机构磨损严峻，各运动件配合间隙增大，致使油泵容积效率下降。

  4、管路小孔或节流阀孔堵塞，电磁换向阀失灵，致使滑阀处于常通位置等。

  排除上述故障的方法是： 

  1、纠正油泵旋转方向，修理或更换电机，检查清洗吸油管和滤油器，更换黏度合适的液压油。

  2、检查油路及远程控制油口与溢流阀的连接状况，修理和更换溢流阀和调压弹簧。

  3、修理或更换冷却装置和液压油泵磨损件。在重新装配油泵时，要特别留意各运动件的配合间隙。

  4、检查或修理换向滑阀，清晰管路小孔及节流阀口的杂质污物。

The cause may be:

1 hydraulic pump, turn right, or electrical power shortage, low speed, the hydraulic oil pump suction capacity low. May also be the oil suction pipe is too small, or oil leakage, oil viscosity

Is too high, oil filter debris clogging dirt, causes suction resistance, resulting in pump suction no oil liquid, so that the system has not established pressure.

2, the pressure circuit and the return oil line short circuit, the overflow valve stuck position openings in the largest, remote control oil port connected to the tank or leakage. There may be damped Kong Dusai hydraulic components

, or adjustable pressure spring break due to the system without pressure.

3, cooling device failure, caused by the temperature, decrease oil viscosity; or the internal pump serious wear and tear of the movement mechanism, increased clearance, resulting in decreased volumetric efficiency of pump.

Plug 4, pipe holes or throttle valve hole, the electromagnetic directional valve failure, the valve spool is often the location.

Method to eliminate the trouble is:

1, to correct the oil pump rotation direction, repair or replacement of the motor, check and clean the oil suction pipe and oil filter, replace the hydraulic oil viscosity suitable.

In 2, check the circuit and remote control oil outlet and overflow valve, repair and replacement of the relief valve and the pressure regulating spring.

3, repair or replace the cooling device and a hydraulic pump wear parts. The reassembled pump, special attention should be paid to the gap with the moving parts.

4, inspection or repair reversing valve, clear impurities in small holes and the throttle valve pipe mouth.
