DGC型泵是双层壳体磁力驱动多级离心泵。该产品旨在解决小流量,高扬程,无泄漏或入口压力15Mpa下的流体输送问题。该产品结构设计、水力设计及磁路设计先进新颖,技术达到国内领先水平。首家成功地将磁力驱动技术应用于多级离心泵,解决了大功率、大间隙磁路设计问题;最大的驱动功率己达185千瓦,居国内首位。同时解决了高工作压力下多级泵的轴向力平衡及静密封问题。磁力驱动联轴器温度监控装置及轴承失效监控装置的配备,更保障了泵长期安全可靠运行。
适宜输送不含固体颗粒的易燃、易爆、剧毒的介质和其它要求无泄漏及不允许密封污染的介质。广泛地应用于油田增压注水,高中压远距离输水,输油,高层建筑供水,顺丁橡胶,加氢精制及铂重速装置等。 |
